Noir by DeepQantas

This is the black and white "film noir" map started by DQ.
He got too busy to complete it, so I offered to finish it up for him.
The overal look and layout of the map is DQ's.
I mostly just fixed things, added more detail, and did all the
little stuff (text files etc) it takes to get a map totally done.
